Return Policy
At Biddybomb, any item that has been delivered to a customer cannot not be returned, unless:

(1) The item is defective

(2) The item is damaged

Biddybomb must be informed of all shipping-related claims within 2 business days of the date of receipt. Biddybomb may refuse claims after 2 days.

If your claim is approved, Biddybomb will pay the return shipping cost (not packaging materials) in the form of real bids for use on the site (the bids cannot be exchanged for cash).

Product Condition
Returned merchandise must be in new or unused original condition and include all factory-packed accessories and paperwork. The merchandise must be in the original manufacturer box and packaging with UPC, barcode, and serial number intact. Incomplete returns will not be accepted.

Removal or alteration of a product's UPC number or serial number label will automatically void any possibility of return for credit or replacement. Products that are returned with a missing or altered UPC or serial number will be returned to the sender. The product serial number must match the serial number in our records.

Returned merchandise that is lost or damaged during transit is solely the customer’s responsibility. Please save all tracking information and receipts for returned merchandise.
